Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

We sincerely apologise for the delay you have experienced on your return leg. This was unfortunately due to operational reasons outside of our control. While BA tried their best to minimise the delay they experienced during the morning, air traffic slots did not allow for any time to be made up. We try our utmost to ensure that delays and disruptions are being kept to a minimum and are sorry that we weren't able to do this on this occasion. We have fed back to BA accordingly.

Both the flight out and the return delayed by +90 minutes. I appreciate that's not FlyDirect's direct fault, but nevertheless it clearly detracts from the experience.
