Delays

The service was good and beneficial. However, both the outward and return flights were delayed by almost two hours. This almost doubled the travel time.

Good flights and service, disappointing hotel and transfer

I think that FlyDirect did everything they could however, the hotel and the transfers were not within their power, but they have tried to sort out the issues

Convenient but expensive

Direct flights very convenient, but expensive The snack offered on board - a packet of crisps and a small drink - was a very poor offering.

Thank you for your feedback. There has to be a difference in price between our direct flights and other airlines that don't offer this service, you're paying for the convenience :) With regards to the snack offered on board, we only provide a little something for short flights consisting of a complimentary drink and snack.

Efficiency

Very comfortable journey and efficient flight. Delays either side but nothing airline could do. IOM airport maybe invest in another set of steps.
