Very convenient

Flying direct is so much easier when you live on an island. Saves time and money not having to travel via another airport and the necessary overnight stays involved.

Overall a good experience

The flight was delayed 2 hours going out and 1 and a half hours delayed on the return. We then sat 45 minutes on the plane as there was no staff to bring steps to the aircraft.
