FlyDirect Reviews

Thank you for your feedback, I am glad to hear that you enjoyed your hotel and time in Tenerife. Our airline charter partners Smartwings has this aircraft based in Tenerife, so the rotation possibilities along with all the necessary requirements of crew rest periods and available landing slots, etc do dictate to some degree the flight times that are possible for us to acquire for our programme. We do hope that this doesn't impact your decision to fly again with us at FlyDirect on a future occasion

Thank you for spending the time to give such a lovely review of your holiday in Tenerife. Jardines De Nivaria is one of my personal favourites in Costa Adeje, nothing better than the "Art Deco Elegance" as soon as you enter the lobby and throughout the hotel!

Lovely to hear that you had a positive experience with our FlyDirect flights to Tenerife and enjoyed some winter sun, we hope that you choose us again to whisk you away

Thank you for your kind word we are glad that all the staff at both FlyDirect and our trusted partners Smartwings got your holiday off to a positive start! we hope that we see you travelling with us again in the near future

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We're truly sorry to hear about the challenges you faced during your stay. Your comments are invaluable to us, and we will feed this back to the hotel. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future.
