How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thank you for taking the time to review us, sorry to hear you have felt that the order has been dragged out. Due to the Z Man being a bespoke item it takes a lot longer than usual as we have to create a bespoke mould and ship the product from the far east. However we have pushed the full production date forward for you to make sure it will be delivered in time for your event :)
