Thank you for your feedback - Firstly I am very sorry you were misinformed regarding your account status with us. Secondly, I apologise that you felt you had to call us to chase for progress on your order, this is certainly not normal practice for us but after looking at the order I can see we took our eye off the ball on this occasion. I am glad we were able to keep you informed once this was picked up and deliver your order on time. We have since put a holiday cover protocol in place to ensure all orders are dealt with when a member of staff is absent to the same standard. Your Account Manager Sam has called you today to discuss this and we hope we will get the opportunity to prove to you we can, in fact, deliver excellent service.
