I'm really sorry to hear that you had some difficulties with this order. We do our best to make the entire order process as smooth as possible for all our customers, but sometimes issues do arise, and we work hard to resolve them as quickly as possible. 

I have looked into this for you and my understanding is that after some initial obstacles, we were able to supply you with the product you needed, at the original price.
