Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Disappointing

Confusion with placing the order, delivery was not sent to my address. When re routed it was delayed. Customer Service very hard to reach and the blame was placed with the Courier. The delivery...

Unfortunately we do suffer problems with couriers from time to time, but we do our best to get them rectified as soon as we possibly can.
