Pretty straight forward and easy to use website. Not bad on the phone either but the after sales can be a little poor / slow. Constantly have to chase to get answers to questions /queries / refunds

The website was poorly designed and difficult to navigate. I was extremely frustrated trying to use it and I am unlikely to ever use it again. It is desperately in need of an upgrade.

We have listened to your comments and can tell you that a major redesign of the site is currently underway with some exciting new features as well improved navigation. This phase of Alternative Airlines development is due for release later this year.
