I am dissatisfied paying nearly £4000 for business class no stop over hotel had to argue with air asiana to get put up for the night on the way back. The business lounge closing at 10:30 pm what a load of nonsense. The air hostess lying to me saying they had no champagne left two hours into the return flight a total insult to me travelling business class

We were surprised by the unhappy experience you had on board Asiana as we have previously had some good reviews that seemed to justify the airline's five star status. We have passed your comments onto the Sales Manager of Asiana in the UK and asked her to investigate what happened. In at the meantime I can only apologise on behalf of the airline for their failure to deliver the business class service that you expected, and I hope that this poor experience won't stop you booking through Alterantive Airlines in the future.
