Thank for your feedback. We strive to make our booking process as transparent as possible but sometimes we have to compromise between presenting simplicity and detail, and sometimes we get this wrong. In this case the figure you have quoted is not the cost of our service. The term "other charges" includes not only our small margin, but also taxes and surcharges imposed by the airline outside of the fare calculation. We will review this presentation and see if we can clarify this presentation in future. John
