Reasonably prompt but less than satisfactory in outcome.
Service provided detailed correction steps that partially solved the problem. The router still drops internet connection but reconnecting only one step instead of two.

Apologies for the issue! If there is an issue with your ISP modem then that will certainly effect your FlashRouter's ability to connect to the internet. Be sure to reach out to your ISP to resolve that issue before proceeding with any setup of the FlashRouter as it requires the modem to be working to function properly.

I couldn't get it to work until I flashed the ROM and put in all settings manually. Support would not help without being paid. So I did it myself. You provide zero value-add.
