Thanks for your useful feedback. All of these points are in our development schedule (particularly the setup). We're getting better at documentation as our customer base expands, but would be interested to know which report does not display correctly. Bill

Your response rate of 10% is well below our average. I wonder if it might be worthwhile 'tweaking' the email a bit to see if we can improve the response rate. Bill
