Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. On some of our trips a single room is not available throughout - especially if using traditional accommodation such as Ryokans. As such we note where a single room is available on each day within the trip notes.

Thank you for your comments Jayne, unfortunately the accommodation situation was one that's extremely rare and was sadly unbeknown to Explore until your arrival on tour. I'm confident that the alternative option was the very best available to us at the time, and that we, along with your Explore leader tried our very upmost to minimise the inconvenience to those affected yet we of course appreciate the upset caused. I'm so pleased however that you experienced some good sightings, and that your Explore leader was great.
