Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

The advisor was excellent although the wait time to speak to them was higher than perhaps would have been ideal. This said there are alternative ways to pay renewal which don’t necessitate a call.

Seems this was in part my own problem as whilst all feedback communication was sent via email the renewal information was sent by post and I hadn't updated my postal address. An email to indicate renewal information has been issued by post could be a useful process step or even better have your renewal information sent by email. Thanks, Simon
