Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

great value for insurance especially for a reptile i have great service when i had to pay out for some treatment for my pet and it only took a short time for me to reclaim back on my insurance yeah...

We’d pay more for u to include egg binding

Lovely lovely staff, but sadly our claim was rejected for small print so we emailed to cancel before renewal - however with this “thanks for the renewal” email we are worried it has been renewed!
