Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

We do process renewals at least 21 days before your policy is due to renew allowing you time to contact us if you wish to ask any questions or make any changes.

Has it been renewed?

I am totally unaware that it has been renewed - there has been no correspondence to say it will be / has been. I have just checked my account - there is only 1 policy document and that ran out 4 days...
