We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

The first thing I knew about my renewal was the request from feefo for feedback. No communication from the insurance company at all. Rubbish service.

Hi There

Thank you for your feedback regarding your renewal documents. We are sorry to hear you have had issues receiving information on your policy.

Policies applied for online are renewed and documents are then sent to the email address provided on your original online application. This would be the same address that you received your Feefo review email to.

We've attempted to call you today to discuss this, but have not been able to reach you. We will attempt to contact you next week as we would like the opportunity to discuss this with you and to put things right.

We will also send you an email to acknowledge your feedback.
