We are very sorry you had this experience, although in our defence I would say, with any click and collect service it would be usual for an email to be sent from the seller to you or a buyer to advise that the item was available for them - you arrived without this email being sent which also meant the staff in the shop had not been notified that there was a click and collect order for you - which is where the confusion came in.

By the time we had notified you (which was within our specified 3-5 working day criteria) you had already decided to cancel the order and get a refund - which we issued straight away.
