We are very sorry to hear that it hasn't arrived yet however, please be assured that it has been dispatched from our warehouse and so is due to arrive with you soon. This means that your order is currently in the hands of the overseas Royal Mail delivery system and will be with you shortly. We would like to apologise for any delay caused by the postal service but we are confident that your order will arrive soon :-) Although very infrequent, occasionally an overseas Royal Mail delivery takes longer than expected (usually 3-7 working days) but invariably they do arrive. In fact, their own guidelines state that orders overseas can take up to 25 days to arrive but these thankfully appear to be in extreme cases only! If you are still worried about the arrival of your order, it could be worth your while making an enquiry at your local sorting/collection office, as it is sometimes the case that a delivery has been attempted - but a card has not been left so you would be unaware that you have anything waiting for you. We are confident that your order will arrive. It’s just unfortunate that in this instance your order has been delayed somewhat but may we assure you that this is not the usual level of service you would be expected to receive from e-Models.
