Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

We were very sorry not have been able to supply your order :-( At the time, we had the item showing in stock at our mail order warehouse but after spending half an hour looking for the product and to no avail, we had to give in :-( For this I cannot apologise enough as it was a blatant fault and stock issue from our end. We did check with our suppliers but unfortunately, the search was not successful and so we issued you with a full refund. Although we have strict quality control measures, well trained staff and we pride ourselves on our successful completion of orders, there are a very limited number of situations that give rise to errors. Clearly it is our intention to limit these as far as is practically possible and these scenarios are very few and far between, which shows that the measures we are taking for this issue, are gradually working their magic! :-) Again we are very sorry and hope this does not prevent you from purchasing from us in the near future. After an initial hiccup with the ordering and the frustrations that followed emodels did address my concerns and the refund given as a gesture of goodwill was very good and restored my faith in them, seeing how emodels work and how the strive to offer great service in these tough economic times and the cut throat internet world in which they trade I have no hesitation in using them in the future as and when my modelling needs require.
