I am happy to say that despite the order being a poor experience, as soon as I contacted Allan/Electripoint to raise my disappointment they responded in an extremely prompt, considerate, apologetic and professional manner. I am very happy with the way this has been resolved, and feel reassured that actually customer service/satisfaction is of utmost important to this company, and that my experience was an unusual circumstance rather than how they normally treat customers.
