Hi Kishor, I have looked at your order which was placed at 2.54pm on Friday 23rd December 2016 after we had closed for the holiday period. The website clearly stated that the office was shut from Noon on the 23rd and would re-open at 8am on Tuesday 3rd January. I personally responded to your voice mail and emails on the Tuesday upon my return to work after the Christmas Holidays. After speaking to you we delivered the complete order to you on the next day - Wednesday 4th January.

Overall a very good company to deal with and the prices are reasonable.
Very prompt delivery but one item was out of stock and would have been nice to have had an email telling me the delivery date or thereabout as I'm a tradesman who has to deal with his own customers!
