I am very sorry to hear that Parcel Force failed to deliver your order correctly. Drivers are indeed instructed to leave a card in cases where the recipient is not available to take delivery, or, where a delivery attempt was not made they are supposed to inform us as the sender so that we can intervene. I can only apologise on behalf of Parcel Force in this instance. I am pleased to see that your order has since made its way to a local Post Office and been collected. Please be assured that had we been aware of the issue we would have resolved this quickly for you.
