In the first instance, can I ask if you can please send a picture of the item you received to our friendly customer support team along with details of your order number, and then we can send this to production and also get them to send you the item you ordered? Vi ber om 5 arbetsdagar för att göra detta även om jag kan se att vi även under den hektiska julperioden tillverkade, förberedde och skickade din beställning inom 3 arbetsdagar. Som du vet, när vi skickade meddelanden till dig om detta, blev det en spärr på dina paket eftersom du angav ett företagsnamn som köpare och på dessa försändelser till EU kräver Tullverket att du ska ge dem ett EORI-nummer. Det var ingen försening på vår sida och vi var faktiskt före schemat. Det är viktigt att när du gör företagsköp så följer du lagarna i ditt land och detta är som du förstår inte vårt ansvar. Det är synd att du gillar våra föremål men har markerat oss för ett problem som vi inte har gjort. Men vi är glada att du gillar produkterna ändå.
