Thank you for sharing feedback. Easyfinancial reached out to the customer to address their concerns. The customer had initially enrolled in the Home and Auto service along with their loan but later decided to cancel the service. Due to some confusion, the customer believed they had not received a full refund. We have since clarified that Home and Auto has issued the full refund, and the customer has been informed accordingly.

Meh - to expensive

The loan is way to expensive to pay back, I’m paying over double back - so I would rather just pay it off as fast as possible - because paying 25k for borrowing 9k is a little much!
