Ensuring that customers clearly understand their financial products remains a top priority. However, we don't just offer loans, we provide different tools to help educate our customers on how they can improve their credit. By utilizing the tools we offer, we can help customers work towards a better credit score, which will lead them in a better standing for additional funds. These services can be canceled at any time to lower the contractual payment amount and reduce the total loan obligation. Additionally, the annual interest rate is determined on the type of loan, your debt to income, the loan amount, your credit score and the term of the loan. We do educate the customers on the process of voiding the loan within 14 days from being approved. If the customer establish that they want to void the loan we take proper procedures in giving the customer the best possible outcome to do so without paying interest.
