Thank you for leaving a review and bringing this matter to our attention, we apologize for the confusion that this may have caused. Your base qualified loan amount (QLA) amount is $1,100. When H&A is added to the account, it is counted as an additional benefit that we pay on your behalf as a one time fee. This fee is additional in the funding and is not taken away from the QLA. We do see that your in contact with a resolution agent regarding this resolved.
