Thank you for your feedback. We understand this was a frustrating experience for you but we apologize if there was a delay in your funds. We can see that you have spoken with our customer service agent regarding this matter. As discussed, we attempted to send you an e-transfer link to the email on file and on it was successfully sent. The system did not show any issues with the e-transfer link, however, errors could occur which may have prevented you to receive the link. Therefore, the funds had to be directly deposited to your bank and this was sent on Nov 15th to avoid further delay. We appreciate you working with us to resolve this matter and if you still have not received the funds, please reach out to our customer service team at 1-888-502-3279.
