At easyfinancial, we offer our customers two main methods for receiving their funds: eTransfer and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). When opting for eTransfer, customers are provided with a secure link and password, which allows them to deposit the funds directly into their bank account. This method is fast and convenient, giving customers immediate access to their funds. Alternatively, customers can choose EFT, which is another secure method where funds are directly deposited into their bank accounts. While EFT is just as reliable, it typically takes 1-3 business days for the transaction to complete. We understand that, occasionally, customers may not receive the eTransfer link and password on the scheduled funding day. In such instances, we are always prepared to suggest an alternative method to ensure our customers gain access to their funds promptly. While I understand that the funds were deposited into your granddaughter's account, this occurred because her account was included at the beginning of the loan application process.
