Thank you for your feedback. As you have a gated entrance Parcelforce could not deliver on the first attempt.
We then made several calls for you and arranged for a second attempt, when they returned within the hour time slot you had decided to go out. Then again we tried to help you with this for a third attempt but you requested a cancellation which would then incur a return cost as stated in our T & C.
Two dog beds came on time and have lasted two weeks up to now with NO damage this is amazing as 46 dog beds have been destroyed with the life span average been 4 days ...long live the new dogs
