We apologise for the delay in delivering the order to you, it is never easy for us to delay a customers order but we would rather make the difficult decision to delay the dispatch of an item rather than dispatch products that are not in keeping with the high quality we strive to provide our valued customers. We did send an email to inform you of the delay in October so we can only apologise if this has not been received, is it possible this may have been filtered into junk mail? The Strawberry plants you have purchased are bare rooted plants which means they are dormant when sent at this time of year.
