Thank you for leaving your review. I am sorry to hear of your disappointment with the Strawberry plants. These plants were sent as dormant bare root plants so will look a little sad on arrival. Once potted up they should start to show signs of growth during the Spring. Please see how they go and if there are any problems please contact our customer service department. Thank you for your feedback. We have checked our begonia tubers and they meet our size expectations for each variety. People often expect these tubers to be large, but the smaller tubers are expected to perform just as well as the larger ones. We do guarantee that our tubers will produce flowers this year, and they can then be lifted at the end of the season and stored in a dark, dry place for the following year. Our begonia tubers will go onto increase in size and flower the following year, bringing you wafts of stunning colour to your garden. We appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We ask that you plant the tubers as planned as we are confident these will flower and produce amazing displays for you as you hope. If you have recieved a damaged tuber, please send images of this to our customer services team who will be able to resist and offer a resolution to you.
