Thank you for taking the time to provide valuable feedback about our delivery and order. We apologise that you are unhappy with the begonia tubers recieved. We have checked our begonia tubers and they meet our size expectations. People often expect these tubers to be huge, but the smaller tubers are expected to perform just as well as the larger ones. We do guarantee that our tubers will produce flowers this year, and they can then be lifted at the end of the season and stored in a dark, dry place for the following year. Our begonia tubers will go onto increase in size and flower the following year, bring you wafts of stunning colour to your garden.

Thank you for your review. Our carriage charges are detailed on our web site. Packet seed only will incur a carriage charge of £2.99. All other products incur a carriage charge of £5.99. If your order comprises of a combination of carriage charges, then a combined carriage charge of £6.99 will be applied and these charges apply regardless of the size of your order and we apologise if you were not aware of this when placing your order.
