Although we try to stick as closely as possible to published despatch dates, we believe that the most important thing is to send plants out as soon as they are in prime condition for despatch, and this may not be quite as originally planned. We pride ourselves in our communication and ensure to inform customers of any delays as soon as possible so our customers can make informed decisions regarding the gardening plans. We are sorry that your order was delayed for so long in this instance, although delays such as this are rare, we always aim to dispatch the best quality plants for our customer. Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We are so sorry to hear that you are not happy with the postage fees we charge. We like to be transparent with our charges by not hiding the postage fees in the cost of goods. To simplify our charges we charge an set fee, meaning our customers could order 1 or 100 packets of seeds and still only be charged the standard fee, regardless of the weight or amount of parcels dispatched for the order. Orders are despatched promptly by post or parcel carrier. Small items are sent by Royal Mail and larger items by courier. We appreciate your feedback and comments, these have been passed on to our managers for further discussion.

This is certainly not the standard we aim to provide and although we have high quality standards for our plants, it sounds like transit has negatively affected their performance.
