We’re proud to deliver great value and quality to our customers and ensure to dispatch our plug plants at the best, optimal time to ensure they are received in a healthy condition ready for potting on. Our plug plants are packaged and prepared specifically to avoid damage from transit, but sadly on occasion the plants may be affected by delays beyond our control. We apologise that your plants did not arrive in the condition we would expect and hope you‘ll give us chance to prove ourselves. We have contacted you directly to resolve this for you.
