Only criticism, received text notice from Hermes at 14.22 on the 15/4 saying to expect a delivery in the afternoon. Delivery didn't arrive until the following day.
goods didn't arrive on the planned day and the courier could do with improving communication with customers but Dobbies were excellent in sorting this out for us.

Service was good. Communication during witing for delivery period was good delivery progress communicated throughout as promised. Shame the pole was damaged in transit
