I'm very sorry there was a cushion missing and that our courier said it would take a couple of weeks to replace. I believe a replacement was sent on Wednesday and I hope it has reached you by now, or will do this weekend. Thank you for your feedback and I'm sorry it's taken us so long to sort this out: I gather the replacement part was only sent out yesterday. I also agree the product is lightweight - I have one myself and it needs weighing down in a strong wind. However it should last, so please return it for a full refund if it is unsatisfactory.
