Thank you for your feedback and I'm sorry about the problems with your delivery, especially that we couldn't deliver as planned on the Monday. I must also apologise that we cannot offer an am/pm choice - we are working on a solution and hope to have it in place next month.
I'm concerned that we're advising 7 days a week delivery, as we do not deliver on Sundays or Public Holidays. Please direct me to where this is being advertised, as I need to ensure it is changed asap.
