Thank you for your appreciation. We get so frustrated when there simply are not enough holiday properties with adequate adaptations for many of our customers. I actually wrote to the Minister of State for Disabled People this morning asking for an appointment to discuss what can be done. I am hoping the government will provide grants to reduce the cost of disabled adaptations. We believe that a disabled person should be able to have the opportunity to go on holiday anywhere that an able-bodied person can and at the same price too! Thank you for taking the time to write. Thank you for your feedback. We do wish holidays abroad were cheaper too as many people have taken to holidaying in the UK due to price increases. This is not something we can control as the travel industry as a whole is affected by the cost of flights and they are in turn affected by the cost of fuel. If your rating of our service as 'poor' is because as you say 'Holidays are more expensive', please can you consider changing your rating to reflect the service we gave you.
