Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

I was extremely disappointed that the flowers intended for my daughter on her birthday were not delivered as promised. My follow up emails to direct2florist were not answered either.

I can confirm we have spoken with the florist and they have passed on their apologies. Unfortunately the flowers were delivered to the wrong address however the florist contacted the recipient and arranged for a fresh delivery to take place. I am happy to confirm that the recipient personally took the flowers in when the florist redelivered. Kind Regards D2F Webteam
