Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Terribly sorry your order wasn't relayed promptly. We work very hard to notify florists of incoming orders. We currently use instant emails, faxes and telephone calls. Shortly we are introducing an App with push notifications for florists with smart phones. Please accept our apologies, we are v pleased you were delighted with Riccarton Florist D2F Webteam
