Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

We are pleased to know that you would use our service again, this is greatly appreciated. I have contacted the florist directly and they have told me that the delivery fee from Rotorua to Tauranga is high due to the distance, in this case you are correct to think the best thing is to find a local florist nearer Tauranga.
