We would advise that our customer service team have an auto reply to manage your expectation about responding to your request. Since you are requiring to pay utilising a credit and across more than one booking it will have to be addressed to them and we appreciate your patience.

Don’t answer the telephone. Send threatening emails and text messages about seriously overdue payment when not due.

They are not intended to be threatening, merely highlighting the importance of payment to avoid cancelation. We can see you have addressed this to our customer service team who will reply within the timescales on the auto reply you have had.

I have taken a short term loan to make the payment over the weekend as you said if you did not here from me by the 10/10/21 you would cancel my holiday. The payment due date is 15/10/21.
I would say this was threatening!!
