Good service.
Good service but booked same holiday quoted, on the website considerably cheaper with better flights.
Good prices for holidays though & usually helpful staff.

Hello, the sales line you will be using will be very busy for new bookings, but for existing bookings you are required to email our customer service team who will address your concern within their timescales.We infer that the hotel may not be open yet but if it is available to book for your travel dates it is therefore expected to be. This is the same as booking around scheduled seasonal closures and reopening.
