Good morning sir -- Great to hear that the service received was good, however, unfortunately, the remote controls come as part of a kit with the electric motor so we are unable to provide the remote controls on their own. Having consulted with the technician, the roller door was of an inferior quality that we would not feel comfortable putting a warranty too.
