We do take longer than most other firms but we do thisfor good reason.

Firstly, quality inevitably takes time, and we are not afraid to pretend otherwise. Moreover, not only are we very thorough when it comes to selling the skills of our clients powerfully on their CV, but when clients send us details of their preferred target we also spend additional time optimising it for the target. The way we do this is actually very painstaking, and we would save ourselves a great many hours if we didn’t do this, but as you discovered yourself, meticulously targeting CVs for your target roles using our special methods can (and often does) bring quicker and more impressive results - and we are happy this proved to be the case for you too.

Secondly, because of the results we achieve, many clients are happy to recommend us to their friends and colleagues, which in turn means that we always have a waiting list. At the same time, we do appreciate that some people need their CV back sooner, which is why we offer a priority service for such cases.

You point out that we did deliver your CV within the estimates that we gave you up front. This is something that is not a coincidence, as this is something we are always very careful about. Indeed, where possible, as in your case, we do try to aim for the 'sooner' end of the estimates.

We do spend a lot of time and effort on every job and it is no coincidence for example that the language suits the target audience, or that the documents are compact yet impactful. We do work with the target audience in mind and we do also spend a lot of time refining things so your CV says more but with fewer words.

It is a painstaking process, but f it helps you get a more fit for purpose and powerful document, and it helps your applications stand out more then it's extra time very well spent far as we're concerned.
