We do tend to find that the best results come for those clients who follow our suggestions, and in your case it would have helped if you had sent a job specification for your target job as we recommended, but of course that is entirely your prerogative. By liaising with our customers at every stage we can improve things such targeting for specific jobs, providing completely professional finished documents in keeping with their wishes. We also offer a complete rewrite service at no charge if contacted within 30 days should any customer not feel 100% confident in the finished product.
