We offer lots a options both in terms of sizing and fit, to cater for a wide array of body shapes and sizes. As you have ordered the Slim Fit shirts and found them too tight in the chest and waist, that immediately suggests that going for the Classic Fit is best for you. This will provide additional room in both areas, making the shirt more 'roomy' and generous overall. This will be particularly so in the lower half of the shirt. If you feel you might need even more room however, then moving to a 16" neck (from a 15.5") will also help. Returning items to us for an exchange is nice and each, as well as free of charge! We've gone ahead and logged a return for the Classic Fit for you, and you'll receive an email shortly with your return label. When ordering for the first time, we understand it can be tricky to know your ideal fit so opting for the Slim Fit as you did - which is our 'regular' fit - is a good idea, as you will then know to go for the Extra Slim or the Classic in future if it isn't quite right. We do make it very clear when requesting a custom sleeve length that returning the item will not then be possible. It states: 'Personalising your garment means you will be unable to return it for a refund or exchange' directly below the sizes, in the same box.
