Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Poor return of analyser

DPD Return of unit was poor. Had only a short time to collect my analyser. Had asked for it to be redirected to my neighbour. Had a fifteen minute walk there and 15 minute back. Huge inconvenience

Good morning. Sorry about the issues you had with your unit being returned. I can see looking on DPD website that you requested deliver to neighbour, yet they still tried to deliver to your address then left it at a pickup shop. I will be contacting them now to ensure they are aware this is an unacceptable service, & I will drop you an email directly with a discount code to use on your next calibration by way of an apology.
